1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 8p88 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://8p88.club, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and ancillary services made available through the Platform.

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on the 8p88 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform.

These Terms are supplemented by the following additional policy documents, each of which is incorporated by reference and forms part of the overall agreement between you and 8p88:

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.2 Jurisdiction

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. 2.3 Personal Capacity

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the 8p88 platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player may hold only one active account on the 8p88 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 8p88 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any pending bonus balances, and withhold any withdrawals pending verification.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 8p88 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials. 3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

8p88 may require you to complete an identity verification process at any stage, including before processing your first withdrawal or following a large deposit. Acceptable verification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a Bangladeshi authority. 8p88 may also request proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.

3.5 Account Currency

All 8p88 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Deposits, wagers, winnings, bonus amounts, and withdrawals are all recorded and processed in BDT. 8p88 does not offer multi-currency accounts. No currency conversion fees are applied to BDT transactions made via supported payment methods.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

8p88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. The availability of specific payment methods may vary over time. The current list of supported methods is displayed in the cashier section of your account.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: Subject to the limits displayed in the cashier, which may vary by payment method and account tier.
• Daily and weekly transaction limits may be applied at the account level for security and responsible gaming purposes.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 8p88 account within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Deposits via bank transfer may take longer depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule. 8p88 does not charge a fee for deposits, but your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to a bKash or Nagad wallet are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified in accordance with Section 3.4. 8p88 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before releasing any withdrawal, which may extend the processing time.

4.5 Payment Method Consistency

To comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) requirements, withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, up to the amount of that deposit. Surplus winnings above the deposited amount may be withdrawn to any verified payment method registered on your account.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

8p88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific promotional terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general terms set out in this section.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus amounts awarded to your account carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be made from a bonus-funded balance. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier (for example, 20x means you must wager the bonus amount twenty times). The applicable multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotional terms. Until the wagering requirement is fulfilled, the bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are non-withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not activated within the specified activation window, and wagering requirements that are not completed within the specified completion period, will result in the automatic expiry and removal of the bonus balance and any associated winnings. Expiry periods are stated in the individual promotional terms.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

8p88 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus — and to close the associated account — where there is evidence of bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using a bonus in a manner that systematically hedges risk to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or participating in coordinated play with other accounts. The determination of what constitutes bonus abuse rests with 8p88, applied reasonably and consistently.

5.5 Promotional Changes

8p88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes to an active promotion will not affect bonuses that have already been credited to player accounts and are in the process of being wagered, provided those bonuses were credited before the change was announced.

6 Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

The 8p88 platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or technical malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a manifest error are void and will be reversed.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits, or using the Platform for any purpose connected with financial crime.
• Attempting to access another player's account, or obtaining login credentials belonging to another user by any means.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or payment method ownership at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to disguise your geographic location or to circumvent a self-exclusion or account restriction.
• Placing bets with insider knowledge of a sporting event's outcome, or participating in any activity that constitutes match-fixing.

8p88 employs automated fraud detection and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where a violation is identified, 8p88 may take any or all of the following actions: suspend or permanently close the account; withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation; void bets placed in connection with the violation; and report the matter to relevant financial intelligence or law enforcement authorities where required.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 8p88 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before the account is closed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, provided all identity verification requirements have been met. Account closure requests are typically processed within one business day.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by 8p88

8p88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including — but not limited to — in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe; fraudulent or suspicious activity; underage gambling; request by a law enforcement or regulatory body; or as part of a responsible gaming intervention.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools in their account settings or by contacting support directly. Self-exclusion takes effect within one business hour of the request being confirmed. During the self-exclusion period, the account cannot be accessed, no deposits can be made, and no marketing communications will be sent. The self-exclusion period cannot be shortened once activated.

7.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 8p88 will notify you by email before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower) to cover account maintenance costs. The fee will not be applied if the account balance is zero. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification steps.

8 Intellectual Property

All content available on the 8p88 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, text, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of 8p88 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. 9 Liability & Disclaimer

However, access may be interrupted for scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical issues, or events outside 8p88's reasonable control, including infrastructure failures, natural disasters, and government-ordered service interruptions. 8p88 will not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, provided reasonable steps are taken to restore service promptly.

9.2 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on the 8p88 platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software operated by licensed game providers. 8p88 does not modify game outcomes and is not responsible for the results of any individual game session. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee any particular outcome in any individual session.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8p88's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 8p88 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

10 Amendments & Governing Law

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

10.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 8p88 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
